Lose 5-6 kgs in one week

Day 1
You are allowed to eat all fruits except for bananas. Eating a lot of melons on this day is a good idea. This is a good preparation for the diet. Fruits give us all that we need to sustain in life.

Day 2
You are allowed to eat all kinds of vegetables whether cooked or raw. Try and start your day with a large boiled potato.
This helps you to start your day with complex carbohydrates. The rest of the day has vegetables that give you all the vitamins that you need.

Day 3
You can consume all the fruits and vegetables of your choice. But no potato and tomato today. You will start burning excess pounds today. You will have craving which will start to diminish by the fourth day.

Day 4
Today you can eat eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. This can be consumed with special soup in limited quantity.
You will shocked at how filling this is. Remember if at any time during the diet you are hungry it means that you are not eating well.

Day 5
Today you can eat 1 cup of rice and 6 whole tomatoes. You need to increase your water intake as your body will be producing uric acid which you need to cleanse. You can drink almost 12 glasses of water today.

Day 6

Today you can eat 1 cup of rice and any amount of vegetables to your heart’s content.


Day 7
Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup of rice, fruit juices and all vegetables to your heart’s content. The next morning you should almost 5-8 kgs. Lighter than a week ago. You may repeat the diet ,though a gap of 3 days before repition is recommended.

Some points to remember
Don’t forget to drink about 10 glasses of water everyday.
Vegetables can be taken in the form of salad. Don’t ad dressing except in the form of squeezed lemon, vinegar, garlic, herbs etc.
You can have black coffee and black tea as much as desired without any sweetener.

WONDER SOUP

23 oz water
6 large onions
2 green peppers
4 whole tomatoes
1 cabbage
1 bunch celery
herbs and seasoning as desired.
